At Runwynd (www.runwynd.com) we are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics agencies only. If there is no logistics service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post.

Why have I not received my product yet?

Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date; however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. In this case, we’ll send an e-mail, intimating you about the issue and the revised shipment/delivery date.
You can also see the order status by clicking on “My Account” at the top right corner of the page.

What is the difference between shipping time and delivery time?

Shipping refers to the time taken to obtain the item(s), packing and dispatching. You will find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on our site (E.g. Ships within 3-5 days). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end.

The delivery may take few more days depending on the address and the courier company used.

The shipping and delivery time excludes public holidays and Sundays falling during the estimated shipping and delivery dates.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days except for North East regions where delivery may be a little longer. For North East region the delivery could take 10-15 days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

How do we pack items?

All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the packaging is waterproof with plastic wrap; and fragiles (i.e. electronic) items are safely secured with bubble wrap.

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you take delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Further you may please call our customer care at +91 99440 81693 or email us at runwynd@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

How do I pay for my purchase at Runwynd?

Runwynd offers payment through the following modes through reputed payment gateway:

  • Credit card (Visa/ Master/ Amex)
  • Debit card (All leading bank debit cards)
  • Net Banking (For all leading banks)

What is COD? Is COD available on all products on site?

  • COD is not available currently on our site

Is it safe to share my credit card/debit card details while making purchases on runwynd.com?

We take the security of your sensitive details very seriously. When it comes to securing sensitive information such as credit/debit card details, we leave no stone unturned.

All transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. The transaction is processed using SSL data encryption (secure encrypted connection), which protects the information from being misused.

Banks now also use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions which provides an additional layer of security through identity verification.

Is EMI applicable on all products?

We don’t provide EMI option for purchasing products at this point of time.
